Helen Sanchez is proudly made in New York City's traditional garment center. Luxury and exclusivity are about the quality and the service of the goods being sold. We do not carry stock we are dedicated to providing bespoke quality garments to our customers.

Please allow 2 to 4 weeks delivery. Once you place your order it is processed within 48 hours. We will keep you informed on the status of your order and when you will be receiving it.

SHIPPING IS FREE WITHIN THE CONTINENTAL US.

RETURN POLICY

• When you receive your order, if something does not fit or is otherwise dissatisfactory, we will assist you with an exchange.
• We do not offer credit card refunds.
• If it doesn't fit right we accept items within 15 days of delivery. We will provide a return shipping label with your domestic shipment.
• Items that have been worn or otherwise not in perfect condition are not eligible for return/exchange.
• Undergarments such as thongs, bikini bottoms, boy shorts are not eligible for return due to health regulations.
• Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of payment.
• Helen Sánchez cannot be held accountable for acts of God, i.e. shipping commitments delayed due to inclement weather or other unavoidable occurrences.

ORDER MODIFICATIONS

• Your payment for Helen Sanchez products will be processed at the time your order is placed. Because of our production time. It is advisable to make any changes to, style, color or size within 48 hours of the date of your order.

Every order shipped will arrive in our beautiful signature box. Please note: Because of shipping parcel size constraints, your items may be grouped together rather than wrapped in separate boxes.
